The rude was enjoyable but the guy in charge of it was very unfriendly. He barely talked to us. He obviously doesn’t speak English but we were a group where everybody understood/spoke Spanish but still he seemed really annoyed to be there. The food was good but keep in mind that it is held at some local’s house. And all we did was riding the horse to the lunch location and back to the starting point.

We are very sorry about the attitude the guide had the day of the tour. This is not common at all in our activities. Our local supplier already knows about this incident so he can avoid this to happen in the future.

They canceled on me the same day I was supposed to go for the ride. This is really amateur way of organising. I would pay more and be secure of my tour. They ruined my day and planning for nothing. At least communicate beforehand when you cannot deliver.

Highly disappointed with the host and tour company. I attempted to contact the host multiple times prior to the trip to confirm the pick up location due to conflicting information on my voucher and never got a response back. On the day of the trip, I went as far as attempting to meet at both locations ( Parque El Poblado @10am and Parque Central de Caldas @11am) which are 30miniutes apart by taxi and no one showed up. Do not recommend booking this trip!
