    The tour was excellent, but my experience at the beginning was very uncomfortable because of the guide Danielle's treatment. She assured me that the train ticket wasn't included and that I had to buy it, which was incorrect and caused me unnecessary stress. Furthermore, when I got off the bus, I mistakenly followed another group, and Danielle saw me and didn't warn me, which made me get lost for a while. Her attitude was unsympathetic. Luckily, when the guide Sara joined the group, everything improved: she was clear, friendly, and made me enjoy the tour.
