Como em todos os passeios realizados em Punta Cana, ninguém falava português, mas é possível se comunicar em espanhol ou inglês, até mesmo porque não há muita conserva. O meu voo durou aproximadamente 15 min. É bem seguro e tranquilo! Mal entra no mar, tanto para subir como para descer. Depois oferecem as fotografias e redução de preço. Eu não comprei. Outro barco leva e busca você até o barco que irá puxá-lo! Pedem gorjeta. Pelo preço, poderiam fazer um trajeto mais longo!

A atividade é excelente. Imperdível . Pena que é pouco tempo no ar. Tivemos problema na comunicação com a agência local responsável pelo passeio. Nosso passeio foi reagendado por causa de condições climáticas, até aí, tudo bem, mas o problema é que a comunicação dos reagendamentos, dia e hora não eram devidamente comunicados . Se eu não entro em contato e insisto, provavelmente nem faria o passeio.. Feedback muito falho !!! No mais foi tudo tranquilo

La actividad en sí mola, lo que no gusta es ese acoso para fotos que te cuestan 70€ y al final te hacen el lío para hacértelas es un acoso, te meten en las tiendas por la fuerza con decir que casi me peleo con uno por que me metía en la tienda a rastras, también digo que el trasporte por parte de JUSTO VELOZ es una maravilla

Um motorista de uma empresa terceirizada foi nos buscar no hotel no horário certo e foi muito atencioso, ele foi nota 10, nos deu várias informações! o parasailing foi lindo mas não durou 10 minutos no ar, a equipe grosseira sempre apressando a gente, começamos o voo e a lancha fez um oito na água e nos puxaram de volta, colocaram outro casal, fizeram a mesma coisa e nos levaram pra praia. O outro casal também no curtiu. Muito rápido, deveria ser pelo menos 30 minutos de voo. Não valeu o valor!

Outro ponto importante é que se você estiver num resort com vários hotéis, a Van te busca na ENTRADA PRINCIPAL e não na entrada do seu hotel. No ingresso dizia que a Van ia nos buscar na entrada do nosso hotel Bahia Turquesa. Ficamos esperando e nada... Depois, descobrimos que eles só fixam na entrada do RESORT e não do nosso hotel específico

A atividade em si, muito boa, mas o transfer de ida foi bem triste. Pediram para chegar com 10 minutos de antecedência e chegamos. O transfer chegou 20 minutos depois. Ao chegar no local, nos mostrou com quem falar e simplesmente foi embora. Terminamos a atividade e tive que entrar em contato com a empresa responsável para mandar outro transfer. Nos recogieron a la hora acordada fuimos directo a realizar la actividad en la playa esperamos un poco pero hay un bar muy bonito para comer/beber mientras espera se llama Zoho ya cuando nos tocaba la actividad al llegar al bote sin mucha demora comenzamos la actividad estuvimos en el aire unos 5-10min se pasa muy bien en general la vista hermosa y el chofer fue muy amable se detuvo para complacernos porque queríamos empanadas y sin prisa alguna nos dejó consumirlas y luego nos llevo de vuelta al hotel. Nota: antes de reservar la actividad verifiquen el tiempo ya que antes de poderlas realizar nos cancelaron 2 veces por mal tiempo.
