Todo estuvo muy bien, las visitas todas con excelentes guías locales, muy amables. Nuestro guía Nacho es una excelente persona, muy amable, dio muy buenas explicaciones de los viajes y atendió las llegadas a los hoteles. El único hotel que no me gustó fue el Alexaris de Granada, una habitación muy pequeña, con muy poco espacio para colocar mis cosas y el frigorífico no enfriaba lo cual me era indispensable pues soy diabética y utilizo insulina. Fenomenal chofer y excelentes guías, también hermosos sitios, aunque cambiaria Torremolinos por Málaga. El hotel de Córdoba con la regadera rota y el de Torremolinos sin elevador al piso 11, eso complicó un poco mover maletas. Gracias por Todo a Juliá Travel y Civitatis!!!

Phenomenal driver and excellent guides, also beautiful places, although I would change Torremolinos for Malaga. The hotel in Córdoba with the broken shower and the one in Torremolinos without an elevator to the 11th floor, that made moving suitcases a bit complicated. Estuvo bien organizado; los lugares fantásticos,; nuestro chofer Raul, experimentado y atento. Lo que me molestó fué que no me avisaron ni por mail ni por mensaje que no ibamos a visitar la Alhambra. Jamás me proporcionaron un teléfono que pudiese hablar por WA con la agencia, mandé un correo con la queja que jamás contestaron. Empezó uno tosiendo y terminó el 30% del camión enfermo. Les sugiero tener cubrebocas. Nuestro guía tiene que ser más atento, a nadie le gusta que le griten.

It was well organized; the fantastic places; our driver Raul, experienced and attentive. What bothered me was that they did not notify me by email or message that we were not going to visit the Alhambra. They never provided me with a phone number that I could talk to the agency via WA, I sent an email with the complaint and they never responded. One started coughing and ended up with 30% of the truck sick. I suggest you have face masks. Our guide has to be more attentive, nobody likes to be yelled at.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, Julia Travel y nuestro guía Felipe fueron excelentes, el bus en el que viajamos limpio y cómodo, los hoteles (los más económicos) muy bien ubicados en todas las ciudades. Las comidas incluidas en el Tour muy buenas, los city tours incluidos y los guías muy buenos. Fue nuestra primera vez usando los servicios de CIVITATIS y hasta el momento fue la mejor inversión realizada en todo los servicios que utilizamos. Mi Recomendación no puede ser otra que excelente.

We booked a trip with dinners included : there were none. But Civitatis and the the provider are working on a compensation for this, at least. Some of the travelers had been already refunded but not us, as the tour was wrongly described before payment. Torremolinos only for the night is absolutely not worth stopping. Finally we joined another group on such a crowded bus : my family of 5 with kids and grand-mother could not travel together, it was ridiculous! Finally we came back to Madrid by train!
