We show you the latest reviews from customers who have booked with Civitatis. All reviews are from customers who have booked and travelled with us. When a traveler completes an activity, we send them an email for them to rate the service. In this way, we can improve the quality we offer. I had a mixup with travel plans, so I had to cancel my activity, then later I was informed that they decided not to change travel plans so I could go. I emailed and texted customer service. I received a very quick response, and although the ticket was non refundable, they tried to help me to get refund, since I rescheduled exact same trip. I certainly appreciate the kind and responsive customer service and willingness to help!!! Superb!!
